The best pans I've ever used - perfect for getting a nice crust on egg whites. As long as you are careful to heat the pan properly, use the oil, and allow the egg whites a few minutes to crust and naturally release from the pan, you shouldn't have any sticking issues. Revain, but that's definitely not the case. All packaging is inspected, shipped to the Revain facility by All Clad's parent company and comes with a warranty card verified on their website.
