Review on πŸ’‡ Tinkle Hair Cutting Tool by Amber Powell

Fantastic for split ends!

I love this handy little tool, it's a great alternative to buying expensive thinning/texturizing scissors when you don't have a lot of hair to cut! Very easy to use, I like to use a fine/fine (long) tooth comb to trim split ends and frame my face. My hair is straight and fine but thick, I only have to brush my hair a few times before using it. I dye my own hair at home every few months and have to wear my hair to work to see quite a bit of damage, especially in certain areas. This is easy to use to combat split ends. I rise above bad hair ties and make my roots shine again. I feel safe with it and found my way around very quickly. The instructions recommend spraying water before use, which makes cutting easier and less jerky, but it's not necessary. It seems very safe to use, and seems difficult to cut yourself unless you remove the blade cover (which takes effort, it doesn't happen in use), exposing two blades. The only downsides of this product are: 1) Sometimes the plastic comes loose during use and the cut hair gets caught between the two plastic pieces next to the razor (from the cover that pops out). It's easy enough to deal with, just pull out the stuck hair and adjust the closure if needed. However, this can be annoying when trying to crop out large areas. 2) It only comes with two razor blades inside. I wasn't expecting extra blades but it would be nice. All in all, I highly recommend it, I should have bought it sooner! Really saves me time and effort with clippings.
