I own and run an auto repair shop and have been in the business for almost 30 years. This junk is the biggest waste of money and time of my career. I've been waiting for it for three days and now I can't even use it. The brass plug used for ZERO PURPOSE FIRST PLACE does not come out of the cap. It broke with very little effort. I remove broken and stripped exhaust bolts, cap screws, spark plugs and other tricky removals every day. Me and two of my techs with machine shop experience can't figure this thing out. My customer doesn't have to wait another three days for me to get something that works. Don't waste your time and money with this junk.
