Review on Dorman 74932 HVAC Vent Replacement by Ronald Noel

Described as "A direct replacement for a good fit." No it's not. There is no space between the clips holding it in place and it just slides out. I had no intention of writing this review as I figured maybe I just got a bad one and should just return it. However, I was really put off by the seller's multi-part return instruction, which was filled with threats to charge you for restocking or deduct shipping costs from your refund if you don't follow the list of instructions. The prospect amazed me as they generate a lot of returns. Produce a quality product and there are no returns issues. Save time and hassle and just get a factory replacement.
