Very relaxing. for vitamins, minerals and dietary supplements

I have known this brand since the mid 90's. Vitanica has been around for a while, but I'm interested in Saffron and 5 HTP. I am in a good place now regarding long standing migraine problems. I suspect some migraine syndrome problems are similar to fibro's. These ingredients look great, but I'm really all for the feel. Better, deeper sleep for recovery. Better relaxation and more energy for the body. I can't get enough and for some reason my body just can't keep it up. I have not noticed any discomfort, gastrointestinal discomfort, or any unpleasant taste or smell. So far I like this product. In a month I will update information about my experience. 5 Stars
