I got the 'Nilight 50026R Digital Tire Inflator Gauge' partly because my other tire inflators that I hook up to my compressor don't read accurately and I'm switching to a dial Pressure gauge, I keep losing air. My car has TPMS which always bothers me because of the pressure and low profile tires don't have much volume so tire pressure fluctuates quite a bit. You don't have to lose a lot of air to lose a few psi. First, a compressed air fitting is preinstalled right out of the box. Because of this, you don't even need Teflon tape. Other inflators I've looked at have complained of the grips cracking when the plug is installed, but this one is metal. The hose connection is screwed in and sealed with an O-ring. The only thing that needed to be screwed on was the hose barb. Nothing was leaking from the device. A feature not mentioned at all is a glowing white LED on top of the sensor housing, which is activated by the right button. It works surprisingly well and was designed to make it easier to inflate tires in the dark. It also has the best price among similar devices.
