This item exceeded my expectations! I only have to top it up every four days when running it on the 1/2 to 3/4 setting. I get just over 2 days when running on the highest settings. It's very easy to refill and the ability to add aromatic oils is a nice touch. Even the lighting function can be relaxing, whether you can switch between all colors or just leave one color. It's quite light at night so I turn off the light as it's on the nightstand next to my bed. Sometimes you can hear it gurgling softly, but it's quiet enough not to disturb my sleep. I give it 5 stars and would recommend it to anyone looking for a humidifier that doesn't need to be refilled daily/nightly.
