Latches work very well and seem to work if the cabinets wobble but you will have to drill through the wood. So for safety reasons you have to be sure that you can damage the inside of the cabinets. This is normal, however it would be nice to have an alternative attachment system. They work well in solid wood cabinets but may not work if the cabinets are made of chipboard.
