The service we received from IT Solutions was excellent! They were always there to help us with anything that needed assistance or clarification in regards to our computers needs. Nothing really comes across as bad about them at this time but if you have any questions they will be more than happy to give great advice. We had several problems/issues come up throughout my college career using multiple laptops. From installing programs for school work to replacing hard drives due to failed components - their services helped me through each one without issue. There are no downsides other then perhaps not having someone around who can provide 24 hour technical support should something go wrong while out traveling; however, it's very easy to call into their office during regular business hours which allows anyone in need access quickly. Their prices seem high compared to what most companies charge for similar type repairs but maybe that could just be because everything else seems so cheap nowadays?
