I bought 3 toner cartridges on 01/27/2021. Return is closed. I notice flickering purple spots on my letters. I have tried various means, e.g. B. take out the cartridge and shake it. I cleaned the tray but nothing helped. My biggest regret is that I didn't buy individual cartridges instead of three and didn't use the cartridge I bought right away. I didn't realize the problem was due to a bad cartridge until return day came. This left me with a choice: buy another $100 cartridge or so, or just throw the printer away. I made my decision later for economic and practical reasons. In this situation, I have no one to blame but myself, but I wanted to spare at least someone that headache. Don't make price the only factor in this purchase. If one of these is defective, you have a short window of opportunity to return it. This can be a reason to buy locally.
