I'm angry. I bought imitation HP inks from you. Over $170.00 and it sucked. It didn't work and I didn't have a chance to test it for you. The HP ink is fine, but selling a knockoff as an alternative is HELP! FULL GRIP and I'm angry. Sorry for the low HP rating, it's not HP's fault, but you didn't give me a choice.

HP prints an expiration date on the toner container door. I received the toner for 2020608. CF501X (Cyan) had an expiration date of 20200224, 2 1/2 months ago. CF503X (Magenta) had an expiration date of 20191107, 7 months ago. CF502X (yellow) had an expiration date of 20191015, more than 7 months ago. This is unacceptable!

HP product and replacement is fast, predictable and standard. Fast: in stock, production time two days, easy to order. Predictable: number of pages, high quality. Standard: Fit, High Quality, No Leaking. I used non-genuine (less expensive) cartridges on my last printer and they leaked, costing my printer and damaging an expensive oak table. Be careful with the buyer.

My husband and I both work from home, so you understand that we both print a lot. Between documents, calendars and shipping labels (in addition to my freelance work I sell items online) we need ink/toner that comes out nice and clear. The 3-pack HP 202x toner has been great so far with crisp colors and crisp black and white lines. I like the look of my labels and the high volume cartridges should last a very long time. The cost of a 3 pack is worth the cost as we can print with them for months…

I bought 3 toner cartridges on 01/27/2021. Return is closed. I notice flickering purple spots on my letters. I have tried various means, e.g. B. take out the cartridge and shake it. I cleaned the tray but nothing helped. My biggest regret is that I didn't buy individual cartridges instead of three and didn't use the cartridge I bought right away.
