The PC is a total mess (PC cable management was a wreck). Bought the computer about a week ago. Everything about this computer is a problem. The day I received the computer, it could not play video. (The PC turned on, but nothing showed on the monitor.) With some PC knowledge, I was able to fix the problem by removing and reinstalling the flash drives. After several blue screens of death, the computer finally booted up. (After installing all the necessary drivers) I decided to try playing. Starting with the most common of all games (Minecraft), I ran a simple FPS test. At first the game ran smoothly for about 5 minutes (144 fps). The game crashed and there was a large loss of frames per second (20-50 frames per second). Tried many different ways to troubleshoot but no luck. After that I decided to switch and run Mafia III. Mafia III initially ran very smoothly until about 15 minutes into the game. Then the frame rate dropped sharply (from a smooth 115+ fps to 30 fps). I don't know what the problem is, but it looks like the PC has a big bottleneck. The bottleneck defeats the purpose of the RTX 2070 Super. This PC has many performance issues. It's quite disappointing, especially considering the high price. What really disappoints me is the fact that my GTX 1060 6GB laptop outperforms this machine most of the time. I am very dissatisfied with this computer. AVOID THIS PC!
