Update: so failed on further use! I have contacted a company which by the way is a third party who has to go to another company to get a refund! I was asked to provide a "video" of their faulty product! The video I included is the video they asked for and I haven't received a response yet! For a week of unnecessary correspondence with a request for a video, after several messages back and forth, this company does not try to redeem the guarantee! So if you buy from them after reading this you are making a big mistake! I have purchased a Vivosun PH pen and so far so good with this purchase but BUYERS BEWARE, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
