Review on πŸ“Ί Pole Mount VESA75/100 Bracket for Enhanced Signal Projections by Kerri Edwardz

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Reliable and fairly durable

This is a solid mount. I have several wall mounts that need to be made by the same manufacturer as they are identical from the rod/wall mount to the screen mount plate. This is a heavy bracket. The picture here on Revain doesn't really give you a good idea of the size of the bar clamp, but it's quite large. The specs say it can hold a rod up to 60mm (2.36 inches) in diameter, which is quite thick. I use it for 31.75mm (1.25") pipes and although it's closer to the lower end of the acceptable size range the clamp still holds securely. I use it to fit a very light 24" Hold monitor - probably 10lbs if that's what this mount says it will hold up to 22lbs The tilt adjuster won't stay in place on a heavier monitor and it's not because the mount is too flimsy The whole structure is heavy gauge steel and is a very good weight I wouldn't be surprised if it could hold 100 pounds There are two downsides to this mount that you should be aware of: - It doesn't require any tools to loosen and tighten the A wrench (or socket) is required for tilt and pan adjustments. And a hex key (Allen key) is required to adjust the rod clamp. However, both tools are provided. There are plastic mounts, di e cover the adjusting nuts. They have a slight friction and can easily be dropped and lost. My main concern is having a solid mount and I don't need to adjust it any number of times. Therefore, I did not deduct any points for the above two questions. From what I've seen, this mount is the best in terms of strength and adjustability. In addition to pan/tilt, it also rotates; This is great when you have a pole that isn't level but you want your monitor to be level. Also good if you need to switch between landscape and portrait mode. The only limitation is that the rotation cannot be locked. However, it's quite solid and I've never had a monitor "displaced" by one of these mounts.
