I bought these baskets to help organize my school supplies. I have three young children who now carry laptops to and from school so our wall hooks cannot be relied on to hold their bags. After a week of bags lying on the floor (and my stress that a laptop can be unbearable), I realized we needed a dedicated spot for bags and something to help them get up. They come flat so I had to press on the bottom but they hold their shape pretty well. These rectangular containers are well suited for the work I gave them.
