I love how easy it was for our customers who were newbies like us as marketers or salespeople (newbie here too) to get up-to speed quickly at maasmarket because there are many well written tutorials out their which makes learning super quick! Our clients LOVE being able to interact via chat directly through Salesforce Chatter so this feature allows them do just that without having employees manning those chats during normal work hours!! Also when doing training sessions - live video conferencing really helps everyone feel more connected especially if they're miles away geographically speaking. Have had issues logging into my account sometimes but since switching back over using two factor authentication solved most problems immediately once logged off again. Not much yet other than standard stuff such as emails going missing etc. We use MAAS Market mainly within eCommerce stores but also some B2B brands where customer service needs solving by creating better experiences/communicating easier between internal teams / external partners eg; SEO agencies ect.. I like how easy it makes my life easier by providing me everything i need for effective results. Also their support team are very helpful when ever needed! There isn't anything bad about this software as far as so many things go but if there was something then its price tag which seems too high compared to other competitors out here (not saying they're not great though!) But overall good product! Effective use of resources especially considering the cost involved.
