Review on Nordic Ware Half Sheet Lid - 13x18: Optimal Fit and Ultimate Protection by Rhonda Rrain

We have some pans that were bought 10 or 20 years ago. We recently baked bread and bagels with the animal shelter. In the end, instead of buying two smaller baking sheets, I decided to buy half a sheet that fills the actual space of the oven. I've been making bagels since I got it and they turned out great! The tray is so professional and durable. I love it! What an upgrade. The best part is that the lid is very helpful when I need to let the dough rise a bit. Just place them on a tray and cover. There is no need to use cling film or a damp towel. So comfortable! I will buy again! :)
