Great blister prevention tape
I am on my fourth roll as I tape the balls of my feet everyday before running to prevent blisters. If you apply this right before bed it sticks way better for a morning workout; I do this as I have very sweaty feet and run long distances daily. This product is way better than hypafix tape and slightly better than Rock tape.
