I had ordered the black uncut tape but received the nude color precut. They seem to do something for my Achilles tendinitis , but probably not enough to justify having to use new strips everyday. They fall off almost immediately with any water and just walking on carpet. I got some compression sleeves, which are working much better for me.

I am on my fourth roll as I tape the balls of my feet everyday before running to prevent blisters. If you apply this right before bed it sticks way better for a morning workout; I do this as I have very sweaty feet and run long distances daily. This product is way better than hypafix tape and slightly better than Rock tape.

It's functional. It stays on my feet the best. It doesn't stay on my hands very good. I can get KT tape at Walmart, which is similar to this, a little less expensive.

This is super sticky and wide. It works better than KT tape since it will hold in place that which needs to be held. It doesn't peel and covers a large area, the only draw back is that removing it is less than pleasant.

I am a physical therapist and have found that this tape works much better than other brands that I have tried. It sticks well and stays on much longer than the other brands. I will continue to purchase Strength Tape and use it weekly for my daughter's knee when she plays volleyball.

Held my muscles immobile to control pain. Prevents trigger points from reacting. Could add a medium brown to color choices. Right now its either black or skintone and nothing in between. It serves the purpose intended for though.

Recovering from a nasty shin splint, I came across this tape. I am a long distance runner and ordered this during my back-to-training plans. The tape worked and help up well for short to medium distances. When I reached my 10+ mile runs the tape tended to separate around my ankle and knee where there was a lot of repeat movement. Overall, the tape gave me the support I needed to get back up to speed!
