Good Support for my opinion

Recovering from a nasty shin splint, I came across this tape. I am a long distance runner and ordered this during my back-to-training plans. The tape worked and help up well for short to medium distances. When I reached my 10+ mile runs the tape tended to separate around my ankle and knee where there was a lot of repeat movement. Overall, the tape gave me the support I needed to get back up to speed!

The adhesive on the tape may not last through rigorous activity, causing it to come undone mid-performance
