Review on 🚘 Nilight ZH025 - 2PCS 7 Inch 30W Ultra Slim Spot LED Light Bar for Driving Fog single row Off-Road Lights with Wiring Harness - 2 Leads, 2-Year Warranty by Joseph Hamilton

LED panels generate only 15 watts each.

I was delighted to see a 6" 30W LED panel at a reasonable price. I was lured by the claimed 5 watt LEDs. Unfortunately the LEDs in these light bars are not 5W LEDs They cannot operate at 2.4 A at 12 V. The LED driver is an OC5628 constant current driver with built-in MOS switch and LED buck driver with a maximum regulated current of 1.2 A. At a regulated 12 V this is just under 15w for 6bar although the light doesn't produce the 30w I was hoping for the light is still bright the construction is very good at this price point and there is a gasket inside the unit for protection from water and intrusion. There is a gasket between the plexiglass pane on the front panel which is clamped by 8 front screws, in the photo it is white. There are also rubber grommets at each end which screw through the end caps snugly into the housing with 3 screws fit. The finish and plating is decent, but there are rough edges near the power cord cutout that can crack the plating and trigger corrosion. I didn't install it permanently on the vehicle, but tested it on the stand. Each of them draws about 1.4 amps from the source and delivers a maximum of 1.2 amps through 6 LEDs. The device is supplied with metal fittings and two coated mounting brackets of the same height. Higher mounting brackets can be mounted on the inside if installation space is limited. I have photographed the mounting brackets so you can see the space required for mounting. If you also ordered a wiring harness, this is a solid wiring harness, but if you are trying to use a more custom installation you may need to change the wiring harness. Fuses installed at 10 and 15 amps. Seems to be more than needed to fully draw 2.8 amps. A 5 watt fuse is safer. Also, the included crimp connectors are made of hard plastic, while those on the wiring harness are made of softer silicone or rubber. I would recommend using more crimp connectors than plastic connectors. Verdict: If you want a small 6-inch light bar, this is a good option. If you want the highest light output at this size, look for a company that uses a True Osram 5W or Cree 5W LED kit.
