Fits like a glove. I wasn't sure if it would fit, but at this price point it can't hurt much. My truck has an armrest with three cup holders. I started at the top of the armrest, then tucked it under the bottom left corner and finished the installation by tucking it in the other corner. You may need to pull it harder toward the back of the armrest if the lid is preventing the lid from closing. That's exactly what I wanted.
