Review on Trade-Serve by Brandon Hilton

I like that it's easy to use for all our departments! It has made tracking orders much easier than using Excel spreadsheets or emailing them around internally in different formats/email applications (Outlook). There are some features we wish were more intuitive but they're working towards adding new functionality so hopefully those will be added soon as well :) We've been able solve problems of keeping track of order status with this application without having multiple people constantly checking emails back & forth about each individual item ordered by customers from us - which was causing confusion among employees who didn't know what needed doing next when an issue came up regarding one specific product line sold through their store location(s) / department area etc..
