The ability for our employees, who are located around North America (and overseas), to connect with each other using their mobile devices is great! It allows us to stay connected at all times without having expensive phone plans or roaming fees. We use this product almost exclusively from home offices so it's not something that I've really had any problems solving as of yet but they do exist in some instances if you need assistance when traveling out-of state away from your office/home base area for extended periods time - which can be helpful sometimes due to lack of wifi access available outside areas where we're working remotely during normal business hours. If there were more options within certain states regarding WiFi availability while doing work related activities then maybe this wouldn't become an issue since everyone has different needs / requirements depending upon what businesses have setup.
