Used daily for a year. Frying pans lose their non-stick properties over time. The pot is the perfect size for frying small portions (fries) but eventually stoned. Otherwise no roasting or scalding stains. There are no complaints. The non-stick coating doesn't last forever. Bonus this time: The 9.5-inch square pan is my new favorite breakfast pan. I'm sure that cleaning the dishwasher regularly has reduced its usefulness by a few months.
