Better than expected. My drawers are full of Cuisinart and Calillons. The only weird thing I noticed is that there are really big bubbles in the pot so I use the lid to make sauces but cleaning is very easy. As long as there is no deformation. But of course I let my pans cool down. Never place hot pots under the sink, no matter how hot the water is.

Used daily for a year. Frying pans lose their non-stick properties over time. The pot is the perfect size for frying small portions (fries) but eventually stoned. Otherwise no roasting or scalding stains. There are no complaints. The non-stick coating doesn't last forever. Bonus this time: The 9.5-inch square pan is my new favorite breakfast pan. I'm sure that cleaning the dishwasher regularly has reduced its usefulness by a few months.

I LOVE this cookware! I've made a hamburger helper, rice-a-roni, macaroni and cheese, meatballs and gravy, grilled cheese, and other things in pots and pans that would normally be a nightmare, stuffing them with old cookware with Brillo napkins and whatnot to wash. These pots and pans are getting smaller than usual, and metal lid handles are the stupidest thing in the world. Now I always have to make sure I have potholders to reach for lids I'm not used to and who has the time. This is disappointing. I would say things get done quicker. I have a feeling that the cooking oil I used in a pan that I didn't wash off right away will stick to a pan forever. This thing is pure voodoo. My father had a restaurant and he said he had never seen anything like it. I've seen commercials where people are promoting a "nonstick" product that you buy and you have to cook under certain conditions and you can only cook certain things.
