I love how easy it is to setup and use. It's super intuitive and simple to understand. When you first start using it you'll have questions but their support team is quick to answer them. They also offer a lot of training resources if you're having trouble understanding certain things. I would say that the best part about this product is how well it integrates with other programs. We've been able to pull in data from our CRM system and then map it to our mailing list. This has allowed us to see who we are reaching out to and what they're interested in.
