Review on ๐Ÿ”ช Shun Premier Nakiri Knife, 5.5 Inch Tsuchime Blade with Walnut Wood Handle, TDM0742 by Travis Filippi

Likes it but not as sharp as my other Shun, dulls easily

I love this knife and can cut even better than my other Shun but like the other reviewer I didn't find the knife to be as sharp either seemed ready to go as I expected and not as spicy as my other chef Shun. I've had it for 3 years and only now it seems to need sharpening. So I docked a star for the public to know. This knife, while cutting better than Chef Shun, wasn't as sharp and even felt dull. I never knew how to sharpen knife on stone as a kid but I will do it now as an adult just for my shun because this knife isn't sharp enough and I had trouble going through the skin of tomatoes, never mind Sense when cut the same as usual. It's odd that while this knife cuts better than the other Shun, it still dulls more easily. After a single use, it will fade and need sharpening.
