Review on ๐Ÿ‘Ÿ Brooks Launch 6 Men's Running Shoe by Josh Graham

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Non neutral shoes shoe

I run about 20+ miles a week and my Ghost 11s have over 500 miles on them (each pair) so I figured I'd buy new shoes similar to the Ghost 11 I use tried the Ghost 12 in store and they didn't fit me so decided to try the Launch 6 as it was recommended as similar to the Ghost 11 and advertised as a neutral running shoe. It doesn't feel neutral because certain parts of the sole press against your foot as you run. What I learned after running is that the cushion is made with a different technology and the drop is only 10mm vs 12mm. This made a huge difference as I felt pain in my calves while running which made me think I was going to get a shin splint if I kept using them. Also, another sole technique is of great importance as I've been limping for the last 3 hours because I seem to have a bone spur now. Needless to say I spent over $75 on good shoes that I can't wear. I say "good" because Brooks are usually good shoes, but they don't fit me.
