Bought for pain relief
I have used products like these before, and they work great on back pain, however, I think because of the bulky mess of this, it did not work as well as the others. But that’s MY fault….I should have ordered a smaller roller. I do believe this is great for exercise though or stretching.
- It is good for traveling. suggest 1" longer will help
- May not be suitable for individuals with allergies or sensitivities to foam or plastic materials
