I'm stranded!: Valves and parts

***UPDATE***4/3/20144months 29 days later this distributor died on us during an overland trip leaving us in an embarrassment downtown Location brought Tennessee. We were eventually towed to a Honda dealership where we found that the shaft position sensor had failed and the internal coil was not meeting primary resistance requirements. Even though it has a lifetime warranty, we were between a rock and a hard place and ended up eating up the cost of a new distributor from a Honda dealer. The $88 motherboard wasn't worth throwing away to send back and replace under warranty. I won't be buying from Richporter again anytime soon. :(***FIRST INSPECTION***3/13/2014 Purchased for our 95 Honda Accord 4cyl 2.2li vtec engine after the gasket in the factory manifold broke allowing oil to overflow into the manifold and down through the leak hole on the side engine / the gearbox which Honda doesn't make never made this part so it's very difficult to find internal replacements.Originally I wanted to replace the internal seal that runs around the input shaft but after taking it apart it was too tight and worn out Tensioning the springs left a nice groove in the shaft so the new seal didn't have much contact surface so I threw in the money for a full replacement instead and that ended up being a lot easier than reassembling used his Parts with a new seal Instead, it was as simple as attach it, set the timing with the right technique, and drive away After the rich Once the timing was adjusted, the vibrations completely disappeared. And the MPGs are back where they should be.

Pros
