I don't understand how people design things like this without knowing how the device works. You can't control an iPod through plastic. This is very frustrating because when I try to increase or decrease the volume, I often hit the back button instead, which causes the music to stop. Then to block it you have to remove it completely from the support, which is not so easy. If you never had to touch anything on an iPod, that would be great. But I think most of us would like to have some control. This design is STUPID.
