Poor heat dissipation - LEDs are not white

Replaced burned out air conditioning bulbs on a 2006 Honda Odyssey. Pros - Brighter than halogen Easy to install flat head screwdriver. The LEDs are polarized - if they don't light up, remove the bulb, rotate it 180 degrees and reinsert it. Also, incandescent bulbs don't scatter light as well as halogen bulbs. Some keys/knobs are well lit while others are dim. On the Odyssey, however, dimming is acceptable and the control panel remains legible. Note - "White" LEDs have a blue tint, not white as expected.
