Sharp and well made

These knives are probably the sharpest knives I've ever bought with no special manufacturing. The handles are well made and easy to grab, the sleeves are snug and stay in place to protect those who reach into the drawer to grab it. Color coding makes it easy to see which one you're using for which job in the kitchen. I highly recommend it if you want very sharp kitchen knives that are easy to maintain.
