I was going to own it for a few months until I set it up as a home PC and set everything up the way I like it. Initially, I was disappointed with the performance of the machine. I knew it was an old style but was stunned when I first set it up and updated to OS Catalina. (10.15) After the first update it was terribly slow. Then Apple released version 10.15.2. This was a welcome surprise as the little Mac Mini was much more responsive and less clunky. If you're looking for something to browse from home occasionally, back up your iPhone (since I hate iCloud), and already have a decent TV or monitor to hook up to (supports dual monitors and streaming), this is the buy for you.
