Excellent customer care and friendly staff. Very thorough in every step of the process which makes each interaction with them a pleasant experience. There's nothing I can dislike about this system. It has all the features you'd need to run any business effectively and efficiently. I have used many different ERP systems over the years including Paychex and W2 Solutions. The user interface and layout of Coverage Space is the best I've seen. Reporting requirements and analytics are top notch. I wish they could provide their integration with Quickbooks. As far as ERP systems go, it is the best one I have ever worked with. Great customer service. It's very easy to use. I like that everything is included from invoices to claims management. The customer service department is always available when I call or email. They also have access to additional resources when needed. I liked that it was easy to find answers to questions quickly. It allows you to go back in case you made a mistake. You can't copy and paste. This makes everything more complicated. If your looking for something easy, this isn't the program for you. If you want an easy to use program with all the bells and whistles, look elsewhere. Benefits, payroll, and tracking vacation time.
