Good but no instructions

I would give 5 stars if I could find ANY instructions online or if it came with a manual. There are no instructions on how to program the remote control, no remote control instructions, no instructions at all. This works great when you're looking at the screen and running around the corner to manually change the pan, tilt and zoom with the remote in front of everyone. I'll edit when the company responds on how to do it remotely or by programming presets.

Pros
