Overall I like this product, especially now that the smell is gone. When I first got it it smelled pretty bad which bothered me when food got in there. I washed it and then left it open and just sat for about a month before the smell dissipated enough for me to use. The top slides off easily and smoothly, so if you can stir something and use just one hand to get the salt out, it works great. There is a small magnet that is enough to hold the lid in place so it doesn't pop open. The lid is attached to the bottom, so you don't have to worry about someone losing it. The spoon is cute and I like the storage space at the top, but it slides out very easily. I hope I don't lose my spoon. Overall I'm very happy with this product and will probably buy another one at some point for a different flavored salt.
