I like how easy it is for me to use when logging in from home. It does not allow you to access medical records easily if your computer has issues or freezes up. The website has so many links that are confusing. There should be one link only that takes you directly to billing information. If you have access to a computer at work then this program works perfect. Accessing patient medical records while working remotely. The system was easy to use and has all the functionality we need for our practice. It is very user friendly and it also has a great customer service team that helps whenever you have questions. I wouldn't say there's anything I dislike about this software. We love using edgeMed and we're always learning new things. The benefits are saving time and money plus helping us with patient retention as well.
