I was concerned about some of the reviews that mentioned fake tapes. Fortunately, at least in my case, I received the product described. Honestly, I don't think I can do without it for outdoor sports in the summer. I tend to sweat profusely, especially in the Texas heat and even more so in Louisiana due to the humidity, it's like working in an oven. It gets to the point where I can barely get on with my routine because my eyes are sweating and it stings like hell. Sometimes I ran with my eyes practically closed! I think you get the point lol. This bad boy will take care of everything. In most cases, the group takes the whole pot. In more extreme weather like yesterday when it was 100 degrees with about 80% humidity but it looks like 117 degrees outside (according to weather forecast). I got a little sweaty-eyed doing multiple rounds of non-stop 1/4-meter runs, burpees, push-ups, squats, and box jumps at a local track. But I'm impressed with this group. It absorbs a lot of sweat (I wrung it out after a workout yesterday and it came out excessively). Not only that, sweat is shed from the forehead onto the back of the band. I can feel it running down my back. A little rough, I know, but it's further proof that it works. I prefer to run water down my back rather than my face. Conclusion: If you sweat a lot, this headband is for you. PS - After seeing all the comments about fakes, I would like to add that I bought mine through Revain.com distribution.
