This beanie is really cute and SUPER soft. It has a slightly fluffy matte texture. It's very cozy. I have a big head and it doesn't look too small or too long. It stands up on its own rather than like in the photos so I have to push it down. But I still love it. I think if I wash it a few times it might slip even more. I noticed that when a hat says "warm" it usually consists of two layers of jersey, one layer of fleece or something similar. i hate that lol I live in a temperate region and here it is too much. This hat is warmer than single layer hats because it's thick and brushed, but it's not so warm that you have to take it off when you go inside. To me this is perfect for a three season hat.
