The rice cooker speaks Korean. The menu items on the machine are in English, which makes it convenient for me. However, the instruction for measuring the water in the pot is only in Korean. I've played with it enough to understand how to cook rice, but it's not as easy to use as my Zojirushi. However, he cooks rice very well and quickly. It cooked brown rice several times faster than my Zojirushi, which is why I bought it. I'm sure the pressure cooking function is the main speed factor and I don't know what the induction difference is but I wanted the very best rice so I bought this cooker which has both. The keep warm function really works too. I can keep rice warm for 2 days and it's still fresh with good texture. Not so with my standard (no pressure) Zojirushi.
