Review on 🪚 WEN 6510SPC Spindle Sanding Assortment by Rob Dixon

I have purchased a WEN 5932 orbital sander which can be used in manual mode or mounted on a table with the brackets that come with it. While the sander and included sample bushings work great, the additional grit bushings I ordered were too long for the spindle drum and I had to cut off about 1 1/2 inches to fit. The problem was the loose fit. The bushings slipped and pulled away from the spindle no matter how hard I tightened the locknut and no matter how carefully I installed the washer. This problem did not occur with the original sample bushings that came with the grinder, they fitted snugly. I didn't want to return them because I had to finish a job that required good handle bushings, so I put tape between the spindle and the bushing to hold the bushing in place while sanding.. Disappointed to see WEN's own product is not suitable for your power tool.
