absorbs liquids well

The sponge must be damp to work best. It seems counterintuitive not to express it after each use. I keep it in the original plastic packaging. Really soaks up water if you slowly press it onto a damp surface e.g. B. a countertop. I'm a little afraid to use it on my car because when using it I have to press it down a bit and make small scratches if it has dirt on it.
