The knowledge and support I got from computer configuration services was incredible! They helped me with many issues that were unique to our environment. I would recommend them over any other company out there because they are exceptional! I had an issue with a product that had been previously installed in our environment. It wasn't working. I called computer configuration services, and they took the time to walk me through everything that needed to be done. If you want a company that is willing to work with you regardless of your experience level, this is the place to go! My only suggestion is to get to know one of their technical support team members so you can build trust. Their knowledge base and resources are amazing! A lot of times I would call another vendor for help, and they would tell me to do it myself. This isn't always the case, but when it is, it's nice to have someone who knows what they are doing available. The support team is always willing to assist me in any way they can! They are very helpful when I am having issues or questions about their product. If you need assistance from this organization make sure that it's someone who knows what he/she doing because there will be no problems if you choose them wisely. It has been great working with CCM over the past 7 years. Their knowledge base system really helps us out by providing up-to date information at our fingertips 24 hours per day every single day.
