Great option if your software offers integration capabilities

I like how seamless it integrates with my ticketing tool; really love that the agent can see all tickets across our platforms at once so they aren't juggling multiple windows! And the bot does work well when things slow down (just needs more RAM/cores). It still has some hiccups where certain ticket conditions don't show up in the history as expected, so we end up having to do manual investigations instead of just asking for further info from the user who posted said message to the ticket. We need to be able to create custom triggers to add events directly into the conversation which currently requires manually creating an action for each event after every update. Also sometimes the order doesn't look correct because it's sorting by time instead of date created or title, but you'd expect this behaviour anyway unless you're specifically adding them manually. The goal is to get users questions answered quickly and efficiently without losing data. Sometimes the initial interaction might not produce what was The way it helps in the process by automating certain tasks which are time consuming for me as well as others. It's very helpful with all our bots because we can easily access them from anywhere. I think that this bot has helped us more than any other bots available out there. We've been able to make many processes faster and easier. Also, this helps manage my day to day work better by minimizing interruptions during meetings or presentations.
