Nobody will notice the difference!
The plastic nozzle on my almost 30 year old blender eventually broke, so I had to turn the screw with pliers to use the nozzle. The original screw is on the right of the picture and this screw (with handle) is on the left. To me they seem essentially the same. It screws into my Zero Resistance mixer and works great. There's no point in buying a replacement KitchenAid that comes with an extra lid unless you lose yours.
