Review on Whaline Puppy ID Collars: 15 Colors for Newborn Dogs ๐Ÿถ & Cats - Soft Fabric, Adjustable & Effective Pet Identification Bands by Nikki Robinson

Too long for newborns but they work well with age

We had a second litter of medium to large breed puppies (Weimaraner) and wanted to track them by birth weight. I cut off a few inches so they don't have too much loose fabric but just enough for it to be loosened up each day. Two weeks later I bought another set and this time I didn't cut them. This set grew with them until I put them all in real collars for large puppies around 7-8 weeks old. Velcro teeth catch everything and washing doesn't remove what's stuck in the teeth, so some of them hit the spot. from a slight fall. They still seem to be the best choice due to the price of weight tracking and the ability to identify puppies when they all have the same coat color.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Long delivery time
