This posture corrector was purchased after a physical therapy medical service offered a gym membership to improve spinal curvature and carrying a simple backpack like device can produce the same result. The 4-Well product is one size fits all, other manufacturers have multiple sizes and are unsure about the right fit. Wearing the brace caused some armpit discomfort and padding is included to minimize the discomfort.
