GM Genuine Parts 213-4537 Heated Oxygen Sensor for $40 in March 2021. The upstream oxygen sensor is for the 2013 Equinox 2.4 L suitable. I recommend working both upstream (after the collector) and downstream (next to the cat) at the same time. It's really a hassle to remove, lubricate and use a well fitting oxygen sensor puller to avoid stripping the screw. Rockauto is cheaper ($35) but then delivery and not as fast as amz 1 day.
